It has reliable operation in tough environments due to an Ex db flameproof enclosure, Gas Group IIC, Temperature Class T6 and an Ingress Protection rating of IP66. The housing is made of die-cast aluminium and features a Neoprene O-ring gasket to provide greater environmental protection. Surface-mounted and M20 cable entries make this flameproof junction box suitable for use in oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and cement industries.
